1. Is my order on its way to me?

When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Click the link to locate your parcel. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

2. How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on either the DHL website or the UPS website for UPS Express Deliveries. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

3. Where do you deliver?

The PANDORA eSTORE currently ships to all addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland excluding hotels, hostels, prisons, P.O. Boxes and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.
Unfortunately the PANDORA eSTORE does not deliver to the Channel Islands.

4. What is Standard delivery?

Standard delivery costs £5 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed. Please note free delivery is not available during a promotion. Apologies for any disappointment.


Orders over £75 qualify for FREE standard delivery.

You do not need to enter a code at checkout. FREE Standard delivery will be applied automatically when you spend £75 or more. Please note that this offer doesn’t apply to postcodes we cannot deliver to. Please refer to point 4 for further information.

5. What is Express delivery?

Express delivery costs £10 and your order will be delivered the next 1 working day, provided that payment is received before 2pm on the day that the order is placed.

Examples:

• If you place your order by 2pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.
• If you order before 2pm on Friday you will receive your order the following Monday.
• If you place your order between 2pm Friday and 2pm Monday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.
• If you place your order on a European Bank Holiday it will be delivered 2 working days later.

6. How does your delivery service work?

Our orders are sent either via DHL or UPS Express and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery then the parcel will be returned to the DHL/UPS depot and a contact card will be left in your post box. DHL/UPS will make a second delivery attempt on the next business day. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the DHL/UPS driver will leave a contact card in your post box in order for you to arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the DHL/UPS depot 10 business days from the 1st delivery attempt.

7. What time do you deliver?

DHL and UPS will deliver between 08:00 and 18:00 Business Days. A signature will be required upon delivery.
