The gift card must be spent/redeemed in UK PANDORA stores. The PANDORA gift card cannot be spent/redeemed online, or in multi-branded retailers or wholesalers (Shop in Shop, Gold & Silver). The gift card cannot be used in PANDORA stockists or stores in Northern Ireland.
With each purchase you make using your Gift Card, the value on the card will reduce and you can continue using your card in other Pandora stores. For example, if you receive a Gift Card loaded with £50 and make a £20 transaction, you will have £30 left to spend on other goods at a Pandora store. Purchases above the balance of the Gift Card must be combined with another acceptable form of payment.
No. The Pandora Gift Card can only be loaded with money once at the time of purchase.

Your Gift Card will automatically terminate when it has a zero balance or the expiry date is reached. The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from date of purchase and will expire thereafter. 12 months after this date, the money in your Gift Card account will no longer be available and you cannot use the Gift Card. You will lose all rights to the money.
You are responsible for all transactions, including all unauthorised transactions that take place if the card is lost or stolen. If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, you should contact Store Financial (the program manager) immediately on 0845 686 2273 (charges will apply). You will not be liable for any transactions after you have informed Store Financial of the lost or stolen card. A replacement Gift Card can be issued however this can only be done with proof of purchase such as the entire gift card number, the damaged Gift Card in the case of a damaged card and your full identification. If a replacement card is issued as a result of a lost, stolen or damaged card a £2 administration fee will apply.

When purchasing goods you will receive a receipt from the store similar to that when paying with a credit or debit card. Please ensure you keep this receipt as well as your Gift Card, even if there is a zero balance remaining. You will need to present your Pandora Gift Card to the store for any returns. If the refund is credited back onto your Pandora Gift Card, it will take up to 7 working days for the balance to be reinstated.

Pandora will fulfil any orders received before 2pm on the same working day. Any orders received after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. We use Royal Mail and your order should arrive between 1 and 3 days after processing is complete. Pandora however cannot guarantee deliveries. All deliveries must be signed for and witnessed by Royal Mail when delivered. If you wish to receive your order next day, please consider the Express and Saturday delivery options.
Pandora has decided as a security measure at this time that to purchase a Gift Card you must be a resident in the UK. We can’t ship to countries outside the United Kingdom.
