Your order may have been cancelled for a number of reasons related to stock availability, payment or delivery address. The most common reason for cancellation is that we ran out of stock of your size before processing your order. If your order (or part of your order) is cancelled, the appropriate amount of money will of course be refunded to your bank account. Refunds are completed within 14 days, but this may vary depending on your bank provider.

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
All PANDORA jewellery is delivered in an exclusive PANDORA gift box, finished with our signature pink silk ribbon.
PANDORA eSTORE UK currently supports four payment methods:

- MasterCard (credit/debit card)
- PANDORA gift card and e-gift card
Please note that you need to use the identification method required by the issuing bank of your credit card for payment with Visa and MasterCard.
All orders made through the PANDORA eSTORE are processed very quickly to ensure that your items reach you as soon as possible. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it will be too late to prevent your order from being dispatched to you.
If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling the Freephone number 0808 2345 431 (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00) or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. If the Customer Care Team is unable to cancel your order and the products are dispatched to you, you have the option of either refusing to accept the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to the PANDORA eSTORE, or accepting the delivery and then returning the products to the PANDORA eSTORE.

To change details in your account, please go to My Account where you can change your personal information and address details, plus view your orders.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification to confirm this. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched. Thereafter, you’ll receive a further email, approx. 14 days post purchase asking you to review your product. Please note, the option to review your product isn’t mandatory.
