1. How do I place an order?

To place an order please select your desired item(s) and add to your shopping basket. Once you are satisfied with your selection, follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. As soon as you confirm your order, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

2. How can I pay for my order?

You can pay using Visa, Maestro, MasterCard and PayPal. These payment methods are all 100% secure. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. Payments are managed by Ogone, our business partner.

3. What happens when I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification to confirm this. All personal and payment information will be verified and if there are any issues we will contact you.

4. How do I track my order?

When you place an order and it is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the DHL website or the UPS website. Please note that you will not be able to track your order until the day after you receive your tracking information.

5. Can I amend my order?

All orders made through the PANDORA eSTORE are processed very quickly to ensure that your items reach you as soon as possible. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, your order cannot be amended.
If you would like to amend your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling the Freephone number 0808 2345 431 (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00) or emailing estore-uk@pandora.net.
Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to amend your order for you, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. If the Customer Care Team is unable to amend your order and the products are dispatched to you, you have the option of either refusing to accept the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to the PANDORA eSTORE, or accepting the delivery and then returning the products to the PANDORA eSTORE.

6. Can I cancel my order?

All orders made through the PANDORA eSTORE are processed very quickly to ensure that your items reach you as soon as possible. Once you have received your dispatch confirmation email, it will be too late to prevent your order from being dispatched to you.
If you would like to cancel your order before you have received your dispatch confirmation email, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling the Freephone number 0808 2345 431 (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00) or emailing estore-uk@pandora.net.
Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to cancel your order for you and prevent dispatch of the products, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. If the Customer Care Team is unable to cancel your order and the products are dispatched to you, you have the option of either refusing to accept the delivery, in which case the products will be returned to the PANDORA eSTORE, or accepting the delivery and then returning the products to the PANDORA eSTORE.

7. How secure is my order?

8. My payment has been declined

  • • Please check your card details in your account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date or your billing address.
  • • Make sure that you enter the security code correctly – the three digit number on the back of your card.
  • • Your payment may have been declined by your bank – please check this with your bank.
  • • If you’ve checked all of the above, we suggest you try paying with another card.

9. Can I change my billing address after I have placed an order?

If you would like to change your billing address, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling the Freephone number 0808 2345 431 (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00) or emailing estore-uk@pandora.net. Please see question 5 above for more information on amending the details of your order.

10. Can I change my shipping/delivery address after I have placed an order?

If you have provided an incorrect shipping/delivery address when placing your order, you must contact the Customer Care Team as soon as possible by calling the Freephone number 0808 2345 431 (Mon-Fri 08:00 – 18:00) or emailing estore-uk@pandora.net.
Whilst the Customer Care Team will always attempt to amend your shipping/delivery address for you prior to dispatch, this may not be possible due to the speed with which orders are processed. If the Customer Care Team is unable to amend your shipping/delivery address and the products are dispatched to the address you originally provided when placing the order, it is likely that the delivery will be refused, in which case your order will be returned to the PANDORA eSTORE and processed for a refund.

11. If I order something that is no longer in stock what will happen to my order?

During extremely busy periods it is possible to place an order for a product which may just have gone out of stock. In this case, the eSTORE reserves the right to cancel your order.
If you have paid via PayPal, you will be issued with a refund for the amount paid.
If you have paid via credit/debit card your card will not have been charged.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
