1. How long is the promotion valid on the e-store?

The promotion is valid from 14th January 2016 00:01am whilst stocks last until 14th February 2016 23h59pm.

2. How do I qualify for the complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box?

Simply add your items to your basket. If your total purchase is £125 or more (excluding delivery cost & gift cards bought on the UK eSTORE), a free Valentine’s Jewellery box will automatically be added to your basket at the checkout stage.

3. What if I don’t want the complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box?

You have the option to remove this from your basket. Should you wish to do so, simply click on ‘remove’ on the right hand side of the gift at checkout stage.

4. Will the delivery cost count towards the qualifying value?

No, to be eligible for a complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box, the minimum amount to spend is £125, excluding delivery cost and gift cards bought on the UK eSTORE.

5. What is the returns policy for the Valentine’s Jewellery box promotion?

If you would like to return an item (s) purchased as part of the promotion and your original order value falls below £125, you will need to return the complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box as well.
Please note, we won’t be able to process a refund unless we receive the complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box.

6. What happens if my order is faulty?

If the complimentary Valentine’s Jewellery box is faulty a replacement one will be issued. Note this is subject to availability.
If one or more of the items in your order are faulty then please contact our customer care team directly. You won’t be expected to return your free Valentine’s Jewellery box.

10. What is the composition of the Valentine’s Jewellery Box?

This heart-shaped box is made from P.U. leather (faux leather).
The outside of the box features a quilted pattern and the PANDORA logo forms the centrepiece on the top of the box.
Inside, the box is made from black flock/velvet reversible. It contains a loose black pouch with a magnetic lock that fits inside the lid.
The zipper pull is a small heart with an embossed crown.
Please note, this box is not anti-tarnish.
